From our top executives to our line technicians, we are all proud to be part of an elite group responsible for revolutionising the glove-making industry.Job DescriptionTo supervise and control the activities at the Online Packing section.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure all packing workers perform their jobs according to the written work instruction.Place packaging materials from the store based on the packing plan.Verify and monitor the work done by Group Leaders and Inspectors.Handle and follow up on the problems forwarded by Group Leaders.Check and review all checklists and reports by Group Leaders and below on a timely basis.Assist Executive/Engineer/Senior Executive/Engineer in organizing and planning the work in online and final packing area.Provide on-the-job training to the Packers, Inspectors, Group Leaders, and other support operators.Ensure packing procedures and methods are implemented and practiced.Ensure storage, packaging, online, and final packing area are clean and tidy at all times.Ensure the product is stored, labelled, and segregated in the designated area.Ensure workers handle products in the correct manner without causing any damage or contamination.Inform the Executive/Engineer or Manager of any equipment needing repair, service, or calibration.Conduct appraisals for workers during the probation period.Any other task that may be assigned.Requirements
EducationMinimum SPM or equivalent working experience.Work ExperiencePreferable with working experience in a glove manufacturing plant for at least 1 year.Technical And Professional KnowledgeSupervisory skills.Good human relation skills.Knowledge in planning.Able to read, write, and speak in BM and BI.Able to do planning and time study.Able to do calculations.Certification / License RequirementN/AAdditional Company Information
