Stock replenishment and advice delivery schedule to supplier. Follow up the stock status from the process owner. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees. Determines items and quantities of stock to be purchased and maintained. Control and disbursement of supplies and material through directing the posting of inventory control cards or automated systems. Inspects items as to quality and quantity against delivery documents. Resolves discrepancies in requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery reports by contacting request or purchasing. Counts, weight, and measures goods received or issued. Directs the maintenance and operation of gas, electric, or hand operated material handling equipment. Establishes standards and methods for packaging and storing stocks. Unloads materials from trucks by hand or with material handling equipment. Maintains stock cards of available stock items. Issue Delivery Advise for empty drums and jars. Raise PR for chemical based on the planning schedule. Follow up with QA for the incoming Chemical status. Follow up on the delivery status from supplier. Update weekly stock count report. (Cycle count) Monthly report to be submit for overall chemical status. Planning and supervise the monthly stock count. Verify and check the stock count quantity before uploading into Counting Journal. Monitor overall operation. Follow up and advice the collection for empty drums and rejection materials Constantly maintain 5S in work area. Any other tasks that may be assigned by superior. Job Requirements: Diploma in any relevant studiesSPM leavers with some supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.Fresh diploma/degree holders will also be considered.Good problem solving and communication skills.Ability to supervise a team in carrying out their daily job responsibilities.Willing to work on rotation shift (7AM - 7PM/7PM - 7AM)Willing to work at Sepang factory.
