Description and RequirementsJob Description:
HDD quality & engineering management.
Monitor electronic parts supplier's quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
Engineering change management for electronic product, include product qualification, testing & process qualification, reworking/sorting arrangement and lead time management.
Work together with team and supplier on troubleshooting for quality issues.
Regular audit and qualification of supplier to ensure their quality management system runs well to guarantee their quality level.
Work together with Commercial team on alternative/second source selection and qualification.
Involved in New Product Introduction (NPI) stage to proactively review supplier's manufacturing/testing process and quality control process through FMEA and Fool-proof methodologies to ensure high level product quality throughout the whole life cycle.
Coordinate with global cross-functional teams for special projects to support company business.
Requirements:
Fluent in oral English, good teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of quality systems, ISO9000, etc.
Capable of supplier management and project management.
Strong technical and process skills in electronics commodity.
RAID/NETWORK/GPU card experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of working experience in electronics engineering or manufacturing; HDD/SSD experience is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
