Supplier Quality Engineer

Profile Summary Develop and Manage supplier quality from sourcing phase to mass production phase.
Responsibilities Perform supplier evaluation and quality audit.Lead Supplier Part Approval Process.Work with suppliers to develop robust process control plan. Solve supplier quality issues to avoid impact on Supply Chain and Product Quality.Set up quality targets and monitor supplier quality performance.Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Programs.Establish close relationships with assigned suppliers and actively drive continuous improvement activities.Initiate and follow-up on corrective actions and verify effectiveness on-site. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years' experience in supplier quality management.Be familiar with Electronics manufacturing processes such as PCBA.Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/ suppliers.Strong communication skills in a global company environment.Self-motivated.Able to travel 30% of the working time in Asian countries
