Supply Chain Assistant

To handle the administration function or Packaging and QA section so that the section can operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to production activities.Assist in the preparation of production-related paperwork.Coordinate and schedule meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.Input and update data in production management systems and databases.Monitor and track inventory levels and assist with inventory control and ordering processes.Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices.Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff members in the production department.Assist in tracking and reporting departmental expenses and budgets.Prepare expense reports and support the procurement process.Requirements: SPM, diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are also encouraged.Ability to read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.Able to complete the task given even under tight timelines and stress.Computer literate – MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint and also SAP.
