As the Supply Chain & Distribution Manager (Manufacturing), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management of the company's supply chain and distribution operations at our manufacturing facility in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of products to customersManaging the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution centre, including inventory control, order processing, and transportation schedulingCollaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise the supply chain and identify areas for improvementMonitoring and analysing key performance indicators to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chainEnsuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standardsProviding regular reports and recommendations to senior managementLeading and motivating a team of supply chain and logistics professionalsWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supply chain or logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing industryProven track record of implementing successful supply chain strategies and managing complex logistics operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in using supply chain management software and technologyRelevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Join us and be a part of our exciting journey.
