Supply Chain Engineer
Responsibilities:
Sourcing Suppliers:Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
Negotiating Contracts:Negotiate terms of agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
Order Management:Place orders for goods and services, ensuring timely delivery.
Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages. Ensure production kits are complete and up-to-date.
Logistics/Warehousing:Responsible for warehousing, logistics for import and export, systems integration, and the distribution of goods and services.
Planning:Align production schedules with demand forecasts and supply availability.
Collaboration:Work with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure BOM and inventory accuracy.
Supplier Quality Control:Ensure products from suppliers meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Sustainability:Implement sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact from suppliers.
Qualifications:
Education:A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in purchasing, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Language Skills:Fluent in Mandarin and English.
