Objectives of the Position
Design and optimize SC services (based on GB demand, legal requirements, M&A, investments, strategic projects etc.)
Conduct impact and cost analysis of new services in SC Service environment
Identify needs for optimization/process changes/automation and drive implementation
Provide input for tender strategies and ensure continuous improvement
Main Tasks
Identify required models, methods and tools for Service Design
Structure, group and prioritize business requirements
Ensure usage of new information and communication technology to design or re-design supply chain services
Develop new and extend existing services based on requirements from the business and align with service catalogue
Test new services prior to implementation and calculate cost
Deliver basis for technical concepts in cooperation with DevOp Team and Business Experts
Drive automation and digitalization for GB
Drive continuous improvement and change management in the operation
Create customer-specific and cross-regional distribution concepts in cooperation with respective SDU, Purchase to Pay, Procurement, Custom and Finance team.
Drive as Expert to integrate new businesses into GB service structure
In-depth knowledge of business and SAP processes and their implementation in foreign trade and other related areas like Supply Chain, Transport Management, and Import-Export Management.
Proficient in the creation of concepts and process design, with expertise in SAP GTS in the module of Compliance Management
Requirements
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, Logistics, Information System with SAP Certification, or equivalent
Working Experience
Minimum 5-7 years in SCM / Logistics area
Technical & Professional Knowledge
Supply Chain Management / process knowledge, strong in SAP R/3 and SAP S4/HANA (OTC & TM module) experience, Business Intelligence Tools like SCI, Import Export Operations, foreign documentary trade, analytical thinking, leading with key performance indicators, and good communication skills.
