Supply Chain Executive #Distributor #Setia Eco

**Responsibilities**:- Will report to Inside Sales Manager.- Review usages of all stocking items in monthly basic on the need to adjust Min-Max safety stock in our company to ensure sufficient stock to supply to our customers in daily basic. Making sure our inventory turn is within the goal set by the company.- Sourcing and place order on items that falls below minimum stocks to right vendors.- Follow up on orders that will be overdue and consolidate shipment to reduce freight cost.- Strategize with inside sales manager/QC team to work with strategic vendors to ensure we have quality products and maximum profits for the company.- Support entry of expenses into system and payment for vendors.- Support on new customers or project quotation or develop new products range with senior sales to help grow our sales and revenue.- Support on creating new part numbers with sales on new project or accounts or products range.**Job Requirements**:- Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and maths.- Is An Organized, responsible personnel and able to communicate to team and vendors.- Team player and possess the Culture of Work hard, Work smart and Integrity.- Education Level: Preferable Diploma in business, supply chain or Mechanical engineer.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Supply chain: 3 years (preferred)- Manufacturing: 4 years (preferred)
