Supply Chain Executive

Generate delivery note & weekly/monthly reports to management.- Prepare shipping documents and report- Coordinate with clients on matters related to logistics matters- Liaise with forwarder for price negotiation & space booking information for export shipment- Monitoring of container / vessel movements.- To coordinate closely with freight forwarders for export booking and customs clearance (Shipping Instruction, Bill of Lading and Invoices)- Resolve problems concerning transportation, delivery and exports.- Work together with various department for new incoming project- Prepare COO submitted to MITI- Meet Logistics department KPI- To perform any other related duties that the Management may require from time to time.- Ensure all documents related were prepared and file accordingly.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 05/02/2024
