**Job description**:- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.- Follow up with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.- Manage high inventory stocks and initiate reallocation / inter-branch transfer- Monitor and implement inventory control measures to maintain stock holding at optimal level and ensure out of stock at mínimal level.- Manage ticketing request and ensure compliance check with relevant regulations and standards.- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.- Collaborate with various departments, including Merchandising, Marketing, Finance to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.- Continuously monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- To undertake any additional duties assigned from time to time.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.- At least 1 years' experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing Officer in retail or similar field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).- Leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing supply chain operations.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and market conditions.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- How long is your notice period?- What is your expected salary?- Are you able to work at Big Pharmacy Kempas Office?**Experience**:- Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/29/2024Expected Start Date: 05/12/2024
