Evaluate the supplier performance according to the on-time delivery rates, product quality, servicing, and others to optimize the supplier relationship.

2. Cost Control
Secure the best deals by negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers, while also controlling procurement costs to ensure it meet the budget targets.

3. Procurement & Transport Management
To ensure order accuracy when processing purchase orders, monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse inbound team, track order deliveries for timely receipt of goods, and properly record relevant shipping details such as cubic meters, arrival dates, and shipping fees.

4. Data Analysis
Analysis inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing stockouts, deadstock, and overstock by estimating order quantities based on market trends and demand.

5. Quality Control
Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure the receipt of goods in good condition and address any issues regarding product quality or delivery discrepancies with suppliers.
