Supply Chain Executive/Logistic Executive

Handle domestic and export shipment booking and transport arrangements for goods delivery.- Handle the full spectrum related documents to all the relevant parties and handle shipping documents of import, export, cross-trade, and trans-shipment.- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all orders are completed and ready for shipment per planned schedule.- Prepare shipping documents required for logistics (invoice, packing list, DO, PI, etc.).- Responsible for arranging the delivery schedule for lorry drivers.- Responsible for running the internal administration of the Logistics department.- To ensure good housekeeping and security at the warehouse/Logistics office.- Any other job assignment required by the immediate superior and the management from time to time.**Qualification**- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Full-Time position(s) available**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to Commute:- Shah Alam (required)Ability to Relocate:- Shah Alam: Relocate before starting work (required)
