Supply Chain Executive (Purchasing)

**Role Responsibilities**:- Responsible for all aspects of Purchasing such as order fulfillment, sourcing & negotiation, and development of new suppliers.- Plan and procure materials based on the forecasted production planning and ensure the materials are available to meet production build requirements.- Assist in conducting supplier analysis and facilitate early identification and timely resolution of problems, changes, disputes and claims.- To work closely with all departments for further work flow enhancements and to develop and foster harmonious working relationships with all key internal and external contacts.- To initiate improvements in the workflow / processes, making proper recommendations, follow-up and recommendations.- Prepare shipping documents for L/C and tender shipment.- Place the booking with agent for export shipment.- Arranging the transport to move the cargo from factory to port.- Discuss with store personnel regarding delivery date of goods for export and incoming container trucking status.- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.**Role Requirements**- Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skill.- An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
