This role will provide valuable exposure to industry practices and contribute to key projects within the organization.
Responsibilities :
Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy in stock records.
Support the purchasing team in sourcing, vendor management, and procurement activities.
Analyze supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Generate reports on inventory status, order tracking, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Participate in administrative and operational projects, as assigned.
Research market trends and provide recommendations for process optimization.
Assist with documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Availability for a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months.
