**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:1. Responsible for technology leadership, and operational governance over existingSupply Chain solutions within Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.2. Responsible, Drive and execute group led / local digital initiative implementationfor Supply Chain function in agile and networked way with central of excellencehead and team.3. Manage vendor to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets. Managesthe operational relationships between vendors and ensure potential disputes orconflicts are raised and resolved.4. Act as product owner/champion, manage full product life cycle to ensure thatcustomer/user needs are met and that financial and other targets are achieved.5. Ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels. Negotiate service levelrequirements and agreed service levels with vendors. Diagnose service deliveryproblem and initiates action to maintain or improve level of service.6. Team management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professional(s), fostering apositive work environment, and promoting professional development.7. Stakeholder communication: Maintain effective communication with internal andexternal stakeholders, providing updates on IT service delivery performance, newinitiatives, and troubleshooting issues.8. Deploy Digital Solutions - Deploy digital solutions to enable transformation ofSupply Chain execution in market.- Production and Planning System - SAP / Blue Yonder- Logistic System - Oracle Transport Management / Blue Yonder- Warehouse System - WMS / SAP / ASRS- RF Device and Barcode Printers- Connected Factory9. Communications: Set vision and strategy for the leveraged use of technology in the above areas oftechnology expertise and drive the executive communication to present and influence partners inline with the defined vision.10. Program Management: Should be able to create the roadmap and execute as a well-orchestratedand integrated digital program in market ensuring on time, on scope, on quality and on cost**OTHERS**:1. Drivecontinuous improvement.**REQUIREMENTS**:Education: (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related computer engineering).Experience: 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain technology related role (e.g. SAP, ASRS, Blue Yonder).Minimum of 2 years of experience managing business stakeholders or vendors.Language: EnglishCapability:- Experience in Digital technologies, Enterprise Solution Needs and Innovative Solutions.- Aware of key industry trends in FMCG and new solutions/ capabilities available.- Experience in technology implementation, planning and complex system integration, with experiencein communicating strategy to business.
