Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Strategy & Management: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's objectives. Monitor supply chain performance and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to supply chain operations. Procurement & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Manage contracts, agreements, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and on-time delivery. Logistics & Transportation: Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution for export purposes. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods. Manage shipping schedules, routing, and tracking systems. Inventory & Demand Planning: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize excess inventory and avoid stockouts. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure alignment with production and customer needs. Implement systems to track, monitor, and report inventory data accurately. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes for efficiency, speed, and cost reduction. Implement best practices and innovative solutions for supply chain management. Utilize technology and data analytics to optimize supply chain operations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to align supply chain activities with business needs. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance and potential risks. Qualifications: Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with vendors, partners, and internal teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
