Supply Chain Management Analyst (Korean Speaker)Position Summary :
This person will work closely with the Sales and Product Marketing team in Supply Chain Management (SCM), both demand and supply planning, budget planning & operations processes.
They will work with the manager and team to assist with day-to-day operations, data analysis, and process improvements, supporting various teams to enhance the performance of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities :
Corroborate effective communication between Sales and Product Marketing with the intention to improve forecast accuracy for Sell In, Sell Out, Order Earliness, Aging Stocks and consistent demand input as per consensus in line with product marketing direction.
Budget planning & analysis.
Develop and allocate marketing and trade spend budgets with respective stakeholders.
Prepare and consolidate budget reports for review.
Analyse budget and allocate resources efficiently to optimise profitability.
Provide continuous improvement, support and guidance to SCM system users in alignment with company SCM KPI.
Consolidate reports and provide suggestions for overall business performance, as well as identification of risk and opportunities.
Liaise with HQ in Korea and major productions to report analysis results and align local supply and demand plans.
Identify and conduct analysis on under-performing areas in the supply chain and suggest improvements or solutions to problems.
Support day-to-day administrative scheduling meetings, organising documents, and preparing materials for meetings.
Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems and documentation related to supply chain operations.
Requirements :
Korean speaking ability is a must (need to liaise with HQ and suppliers from Korea)
At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Biz Planning, Operations, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
