Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
Follow up and expedite suppliers on deliveries.
Respond to or facilitate suppliers' questions.
Work closely with accounts payables to reconcile invoices and provide supporting documentation.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Ensure suppliers have the appropriate documentation to proceed with work.
Assist suppliers with validation of packing lists and their creation in LMS.
To assist in handling transportation arrangements when necessary to ensure on-time deliveries Handle material returns to vendors as required.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least Diploma or relevant qualification in any field Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field is an added advantage, however FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply Computer literate with knowledge of MS office application Confident, self-motivated with initiative, positive working attitude, able to work independently and with accuracy Good communication, good analytical and interpersonal skills Willing to learn and able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision The salary package we offer will depend on your qualifications and professional experience.
