We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. The position will be based in US.
Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and manage logistic, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels delivery times, transportation cost and efficiency. Increase the efficiency of warehouse, goods, plan routes and process shipments by measuring the inventory turnover, aging/slow moving stock. Resolve any arising problem and complaints relates and respond back to customer professionally. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess the performance and implement improvement. Manage the selection of South American supplier of cocoa beans and engagement process including the management of internal stakeholders throughout the strategic sourcing process. Supervise, coach and train the logistic and warehouse workforce. Comply with laws, regulation for the region/country. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or related field of study. Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply chain management related to Cocoa Industry, managing Logistics and Planning and the delivery of cocoa beans and products. Having experiences working with the FCC and CMAA contract rules. Solid background of strategic sourcing from cocoa bean origin countries and supplier diversity. Experienced in inventory management of commodities and deliveries to the Terminal Market. Strong negotiation skills, involve in contract management and contract negotiation, as well as freight markets and rate negotiation with shipping liners. Experienced in using commodities ERP systems. Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Please apply by 29/2/2024 .
