The Supply Chain Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing andoptimizing Hyperack's supply chain operations (Departments: Procurement, Factory,Warehouse, Delivery & Fulfillment). This role involves enhancing cost efficiency inprocurement & factory, improving stock accuracy and management, elevating thework quality of warehouse and delivery teams, and leading strategic expansionplanning.**Key Responsibilities**:**Enhance Cost Efficiency Across Operations**:- Reevaluate manpower utilization in line with sales and order volumes to optimize labor usage and reduce costs.- Develop training programs to improve the skills and efficiency of the in-house installation team.- Implement dynamic procurement strategies for raw materials to minimize costs and avoid overstocking.- Address factory space and skill limitations to expand capacity and willingness to undertake additional work.- Align e-commerce fulfillment manpower with sales volumes to ensure cost efficiency.**Improve Stock Accuracy and Management**:- Streamline and clarify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent stock management practices.- Identify and implement an inventory management system that caters to diverse sales channels and complex storage needs.**Enhance Work Quality of Warehouse and Delivery Teams**:- Develop protocols for faster and more effective communication between warehouse and sales teams.- Optimize delivery schedules to improve reliability and reduce wait times for customers.- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through improved fulfillment practices.- Review and improve packing methods to ensure efficient and secure dispatch of goods.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization.- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Proficient in using inventory management software and familiar with the latest supply chain technologies.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and staff.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What do we provide to you for you to succeed?- **Full Attendance Allowance $$$**:- Your **Medical Claims** Are On Us- **Staff Purchase Discount**:- Government Holiday 16 Days- **Additional Annual Leave**:- EPF & SOCSO- You will be remunerated with **Good Basic Salary** based on experience- **Fair work life balance**:- Working with a fast-growing company- Strategic location -safe environment- **Fun & cozy** workplace & colleagues- We host annual dinners & festive events as an appreciation to all our staff's hard work- Career Advancement Opportunities WhatsApps us now!We only offer 1 position for this position!
