Your Role: Prepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocks Ensure that inventories are constantly up to standards Responsible for forecasting Company's future stock needs Set up operation standards for all subordinates to follow Ensure proper management of aging, returns and excess stocks Respond to complaints and queries concerning inventories and products Prepare and submit inventory control reports Provide assistance, guidance and direction to colleagues and subordinates as required Rolls out warehousing and logistics group policies to all location warehousing operations, locally and overseas. Attend management meetings and conduct internal meetings as and when necessary, Plan target setting & measuring for all warehousing operations in the group. Keep the team motivated to achieve 100% stock accuracy target and maximum delivery targets. Find way and means of reducing idling of the transport lorries and minimise loading/ unloading turnover time to shortest possible. Take control of necessary safety arrangement for the storage of stock to ensure zero accident target. Ensure the accuracy and timely data entry of inventory to avoid delays.Ability to implement and maintain warehouse with full 5s & safety awareness Ability to lead in the implementation if warehouse management system at all sites, including overseas operations. Maintenance of cold room, ambient & forklift Perform other duties as assigned You Are: At least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 5 years in managerial role in logistics Ability to converse and communicate in English both written and spoken Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point skill Good knowledge on Warehouse operation
