Job Description: Negotiation and Supplier Management Manage sourcing activities, processes and existing practices to identify and implement value operational excellence, process improvement To identify potential new vendor and to facilitate the process in order to secure more cost-effective sources of product and servicesResponsible for sourcing plan and strategy development to ensure that it meets the company needs and budget Develops relationship with suppliers to set and meet goals for shorter lead times, improved quality, on time delivery and cost reduction Proactively address and resolve any vendor or service provider grievance, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing disruptions Market Analysis and Cost Management Analyze market trend and raw material price movement, access product quality and cost and optimize the procurement process to achieve cost effectivenessConduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers ensuring the availability o high-quality materials and equipment at competitive pricesMonitor and control the overall purchase cost, focusing on optimizing procurement and others expense.Implement cost saving measures without affecting product quality or stock availability Inventory Management Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, such as supply disruptions or seasonal demand fluctuations.
