Job Descriptions:
Responsible for sourcing, selecting & negotiating with suppliers/vendors to constantly strive for best pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
Issue PO to suppliers/vendors.
Monitor and expedite outstanding orders and delivery schedules.
Liaise & communicate extensively with suppliers on procurement matters.
Liaise with freight forwarders on shipping & transporter matters regarding import shipments.
Prepare RFQ for bid proposals and complete them within the desired time-frame.
Handle inventory and warehouse activities for all branch plants (Pg, KL, JB).
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
