Supply Chain Operations Executive (SEA Shared Service)Manage trade documentation for import and export operations across all relevant markets, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
Support and coordinate with JV partners in the administration of trade operations.
Ensure that necessary paperwork, such as customs documentation, bills of lading, and shipping instructions, is processed efficiently and accurately.
Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Coordination:Monitor 3PL providers to ensure timely and accurate handling of shipments, warehousing, and delivery.
Collaborate with 3PL providers to resolve any operational issues related to shipping, storage, or distribution.
Track and verify 3PL costs and charges, ensuring that invoices align with agreed contracts and service levels.
Cost and Charge Management:Administer and monitor 3PL charges, ensuring that logistics costs are controlled and accurately tracked.
Ensure accurate processing of payments for 3PL services and maintain proper documentation for audits.
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and trade laws, including the management of any regulatory paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of import/export activities, shipping details and trade documentation to ensure full traceability and compliance.
Operational Support and Coordination:Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to track stock levels and ensure efficient stock movements across borders.
Manage any issues that arise during the shipment process, such as delays or damages, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or any related field.
2+ years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain management.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations, trade documentation, and customs compliance.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation and tracking costs.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software systems.
Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) management and international trade procedures.
