Responsibilities:Manage storage inventory within the company target with optimum safety stocks and ensuring no stock outs.
Validate and meet the monthly inventory days of supply and facilitate the reduction of excess inventory.
Anticipate factors that might influence demand, such as festive season, school holiday, monsoon season, or upcoming promotions.
Liaise with suppliers to ascertain delivery status and ensure timely action is taken for any delivery issues.
Oversee and manage the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
Report and escalate any supply risk issues.
Prepare procurement report for management review.
Collaborate with merchandising, operations, distribution, and other supply chain department team members to drive change for improvements.
Job Requirements:Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Economics or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in Supply Chain or procurement field.
Knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI).
Advanced mathematical and analytical skills.
Experience with statistical analysis.
