Objective: To ensure the correct mix of finished product and the right inventory are available in all of the finished goods warehouses.To constantly monitor of sales and communicate with sales unit to maximize sales and avoid loss market share 

 Responsibility: Sales and operating plan processManufacturing supply planning processSupplier capacity planning processReview mix of finished goods inventory in finished goods store in sales offices and warehousesPlan the supply order based on order intake and production scheduleGenerate manufacturing order based on the customer/ supply ordersMonitor and update SO99+ Demand peak in order to ensure correct replenishment in all warehousesTo plan & order RMC & packaging materialConduct production meeting and ensure production follow planned loading plan
