Supply Chain - Warehouse Clerk #Manufacturing

**Responsibilities**:**1. Inventory Management**- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse.**2. Receiving and Shipping**- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.- Prepare and package items for shipping.- Generate shipping labels and documentation.- Coordinate with carriers for timely and efficient deliveries.**3. Data Entry**- Enter data into the inventory management system accurately.- Update records to reflect inventory changes.- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels and transactions.**4. Communication**- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers as necessary.**5. Quality Control**- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.**6. Safety Compliance**- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field.- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Good organizational and multitasking skills.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Senai (required)Ability to Relocate:- Senai: Relocate before starting work (required)
