Ensure the day-to-day supply planning process adheres to group standard guidelines to deliver an excellent customer experience.ResponsibilitiesCarry out reviews and provide supplier service level (SSL) reports to the management team.Manage supplier services effectively to ensure SSL is met according to company standards.Optimize stock levels by setting accurate MRP parameters, considering new products, no movers, slow movers, overstock, delisted products, and temporary promotions.Meet supplier delivery lead time KPIs set by the company.Place and follow up on orders according to Lyreco standards, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with backorder KPI thresholds.Analyze root causes of backorders and implement rectification action plans efficiently.Book and control supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies within the company's timeline.Handle supplier litigation; collaborate with sales and customer service teams to plan and arrange supplier returns effectively.Improve the after-sales repair and return process with suppliers in a timely manner.Perform any other reasonable ad-hoc tasks assigned.The Lyreco Groupis theEuropean Leaderand the third-largest distributor of workplace products and services globally.
