Supply Planner

We are looking for a competent Supply Planner to enhance our Supply Chain Management team. The incumbent is responsible to evaluate Demand Data to effectively Supply Plan, which involve Data Analysis, Inventory Holding Planning, Master Planning. 
Job Responsibilities: -  Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Responsible on Master Production Schedule, by determining Timing, Quantity, Finished Goods production. Working with Procurement on Raw and Packaging Materials planning, ensure resources are available on time to avoid Operation disruptions.Managing Finished Goods safety stocks level to achieve 100% DIFOTIS.Execute expectation to Production on lead time and batch quantity. Proactively manage Inventory holding by ensuring optimal stocks level by reducing tied-up capital in excessive inventory.Integrating various functional data to generating reliable forecast number.Understanding seasonality demand and new products launching timeline.Cross-functional collaboration skills to transfer data into reliable insight.To develop Supply Chain strategies, leading Sales & Operation meetingMonitor and continue improvement on KPIs.Requirements Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or equivalent from the recognize tertiary education.  Possessed at least 5 years working experience in Supply Planning with at least 2 years experienced in food industries.Excellent communication and negotiation skill, positive work attitude, high level of integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Proficient in reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
