**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role, preferably in the oil and gas, retail, or similar sector.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
