Support Associate

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a passionate and energetic Support Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team and customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
4. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
6. Continuously adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong adaptability and presentation skills.
3. Passion for providing excellent customer support.
4. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Excellent communication skills.
