Support Associate

Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure efficient operations.
6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Driven and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers.
5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
