### Job Description
Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and dedicated **Support Associate** to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time position suited for individuals who possess a blend of resilience, drive, and superior interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
### Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Issue Resolution:**
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and effectiveness while utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff as necessary, ensuring that no customer concern goes unresolved.
- **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for service improvement.
- Propose enhancements to existing processes and systems that will improve the customer experience.
- **Administration and Reporting:**
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback trends and request volumes.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance personal and team performance.
- **Adaptability:**
- Demonstrate a capacity to adapt to changing circumstances, demands, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
### Requirements
- **Education & Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
