Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities: To involve in preparing installation, assembling, commissioning & troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, Card Access System, intelligent alarm monitoring systems and etc.
To involve in testing of in-house as well as 3rd party security products.
Added Advantages : Knowledge in Fiber To The Home(FTTH), Public Address(PA) System, SMATV System and Intercom System To help customers to solve technical issues.
To involve in servicing of security products.
To report service & repair status to their respective supervisor.
To assist in preparation & submission of various technical reports to their respective supervisor.
To provide system or product training to the customers    Requirement: Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Technical Knowledge in ELV Systems, ,ICT and computer is an added advantage.
Analytical thinking and Good Self Discipline Ability to work independently without much supervision.
