Support Engineer
Location:Kuala Lumpur
Salary:MYR 3000 - 5000
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Provide support and maintain existing applications using Java and/or other programming languages.
Translate functional and design requirements into desired solutions.
Provide end-to-end technical support to clients.
Be involved in existing application change requests.
Participate in the development and execution of test scenarios for functional system integration.
Perform product development documentation.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant field.
Required Skills:JAVA, J2SE or J2EE, JSP
Database:MySQL & MS SQL
Operating System:Windows & Linux
Willing to work on weekends (subject to shift) and night shifts for deployment.
Allowance will be provided.
Database knowledge of MySQL/NOSQL/ORACLE, including experience working with procedures, triggers, and indexes.
Experience in mobile application development and any other programming language is an added advantage.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under a tight schedule with minimal supervision.
