Reporting: Manager, Technical Operations
Functions/Responsibilities:
Part of the Managed Services team. Your responsibilities include technical administration, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on the agreed service level definition, much to the satisfaction of both customers and company. Managing a customer's expectation is part of your job scope, which requires you to work closely with external and internal team members. You are expected to be a fast learner and to acquire technical implementation skills as and when needed due to business requirements. You need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to excel in supporting our customers.
-Monitor the condition of servers, apps, and security measures
-Identify, log, and resolve technical problems of the scope (Incident Management)
-Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels (Service Request / Incident / Change / Patch Management)
-Respond to the site to troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify faults.
-Liaise and coordinate the recovery of systems.
-Identify potential changes and system improvements for consideration and implementation (continuous improvements)
-Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to the Managers
-Required to be 24/7 on call standby
-Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Technology Competencies and Experience Requirements:
-Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Hypervisor and Linux.
-Good knowledge of OS Provision, hardening and patching.
-Good knowledge of ManageEngine and Microsoft.
-Good server experiences like AD administration and basic networking experiences
-Resourceful, highly driven, and self-motivated with competency and a strong sense of responsibility
-Relevant technical certification from the vendors (Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco) is advantageous.
-At least 2 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support is required for the position.
Education or Certification:
-Minimum a Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent.
-Good Spoken and Writing Proficiency in English.
-Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification
