Job Description:
Sunway Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Train and onboard new support team members.
6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer support role.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Innovation and attention to detail.
6. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
