Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a Support Manager to work from home in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise a team of support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
2. Monitor and track customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.
4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
5. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the support team.
6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support staff to help them improve their skills and performance.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support management role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
4. Adaptable and hardworking personality traits.
5. Strong teamwork and attention to detail soft skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
