Support Representative

Job Description:

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a confident and resourceful Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.
3. Process customer orders and handle returns or exchanges.
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
4. Confidence in interacting with customers and colleagues.
5. Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer inquiries.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
