**Job Overview:**
UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru. The Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing support for various operational functions, ensuring our stakeholders receive timely assistance and solutions to their inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Support:**
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and resolving any disputes or issues effectively.
- Assist clients in navigating our services and products, ensuring a clear understanding of processes and offering guidance where needed.

2. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and inquiries using appropriate tracking tools.
- Analyze data related to customer support issues to identify trends, problems, or areas for improvement.

3. **Communication:**
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment in service delivery and response strategies.
- Prepare and deliver occasional presentations to team members on customer feedback and responses.

4. **Problem Solving:**
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and propose actionable solutions to management for better service delivery.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of management as necessary.

5. **Process Improvement:**
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to service provision.
- Contribute ideas for process modifications to improve customer experiences and internal efficiencies.

6. **Documentation:**
- Create and maintain user documentation related to customer support processes, ensuring available resources are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in developing FAQs and guides that empower clients to self-service where applicable.

7. **Team Collaboration:**
- Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Support team efforts through open communication, sharing of knowledge, and collaborative problem-solving.

**Requirements:**

*Education & Experience:*
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support role or customer service environment.

*Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is a plus.

*Soft Skills:*
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback and derive actionable insights.

*Personality Traits:*
- Independent and self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer interactions.
