Job Description:
Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. This position will be remote work, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.
7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
2. Independent and confident personality traits.
3. Strong persuasion skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
