Job Responsibilities:Manage manufacturing operations activities of UCTM.
In-charge of manpower planning within the production and ensure daily smooth operation of production.
Plan and deploy manpower according to product requirements.
Ensure production and shipment is on time.
Ensure quality standards of products.
Cross-train employees across product groups.
Guide and lead the production team to meet OTD.
Lead and resolve day-to-day line issues.
Initiate CIP to improve line MLT and productivity.
Responsible for and support 5S and lean activities.
Support ad-hoc activities as assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:Educational/Certification Requirement:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in production operations.
Good team management skills.
