Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation:Assist in preparing sushi and food items according to company recipes and standards.
Ensure the freshness, quality, and presentation of all food products.
Monitor ingredients and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries or product recommendations.
Maintain a positive and professional behavior while addressing customer requests.
Stock and Inventory:Restock grab-and-go shelves and displays with fresh products as needed.
Help track inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to supervisor.
Minimize waste by following portioning and storage guidelines.
Hygiene and Cleanliness:Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including shelves and equipment.
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Assist with daily cleaning tasks and periodic deep cleaning of the counter area.
Team Support:Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Job Requirements
Willing to work on shifts.
Candidate with no experience but willing to learn on Japanese food preparation is encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Japan fish cutting skill will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
