Sushi / Kitchen Crews

Job Responsibilities:Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
Prepare and measure ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
Prepare daily food requisitions as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the kitchen and that they are stored properly.
Follow company policies and procedures for restaurant operations internally and externally.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Experience in Japanese Cuisine / Japanese Fusion.
Requirements:Non-experience candidates are welcome to apply.
Full-time position available only.
Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays - 6 days per week.
Meals provided.
