Sustainability Analyst Internship

**Role**: Sustainability Analyst**Geography scope**:On-site - Interns that can travel to Petaling Jaya.**Hybrid Work Style**: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while collaborating in-office when needed**Working hours**: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every Monday to Thursday (minimum 35 hours to make up for the weekend)- Half a day_ community work on the weekend (Saturdays)**Internship options**:1.Partial Internship- 8 to 11 weeks2.Full Internship - 12 weeks and above**Job scopes**:1. Essentially, you will **create a better organisation **by working closely with the co-founder, Prem2. We are looking for additional help to prepare the organisation for a better tomorrow from a standpoint of **financial**, **programme** **and people management**3. You will reduce the risk factors and increase the **scalability of the organisation**4. As an internal consultant, you will **study organisational pain points **and internal best practices and reconcile with **desktop research **to identify best solutions to further elevate the organisational reach5. You will learn to **create pitch decks **to **market programme commercially.**6. You will get involved in the **social enterprise **and help **reduce** the **workload** by helping improve the billing and communication process**Job requirements**:**Must Have's**1. You are **passionate about making tomorrow even better**2. You have an **analytical mindset **and can crunch numbers to develop a business plan3. You enjoy participating in **problem solving campaigns**/Startup bootcamps or working to crack a problem4. Currently pursuing studies in Economics, Finance, Software Engineering, Computer Science and or related fields but we are mindful that our best sustainable analyst's came from Finance and one had a Psychology background. Both had an enterprising mindset5.
