Sustainability Engineer

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in executive sustainability and carbon development projects Familiar with sustainability/ESG reporting framework and standards Knowledge of emerging sustainability and carbon market trends/standards/ policies Knowledge of carbon accounting and GHG Protocol Knowledge of lifecycle assessment Knowledge in Science-Based Target Settings Knowledge of climate-related risks, opportunities, and resiliency assessment Knowledge of nature-based solutions Knowledge of carbon credit project development Knowledge of the Energy sector Job Responsibility: Perform monthly reporting sustainability data related to waste and energy via the Credit 360 platform.
Collect, analyze, and study sustainability data for MMSB improvements including Plant 1, Plant 2, External Warehouse, and Dormitory.
Work closely with the engineering team on connectivity projects to obtain reliable data for GHG and zero waste reporting.
Work closely with interested parties to achieve zero waste certification for MMSB.
Conduct waste collectors audits to qualify waste collectors aligned with zero waste certification goals.
Conduct quarterly dumpster dives together with production teams to audit and identify opportunities for improvements.
Execute sustainability energy reduction initiatives together MMSB team.
Develop mechanisms to enhance awareness of the workers on sustainability, reducing carbon footprint and zero waste.
