RESPONSIBILITIESSustainability Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing sustainability policies, strategies, and programs aligned with corporate goals.Work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability considerations into business operations.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, energy consumption, and carbon footprint reduction.Prepare and submit sustainability reports to management, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for sustainability targetsData Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on sustainability metrics such as energy usage, waste reduction, and resource conservation.Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations for enhancing environmental performance.Project Management: Lead or support sustainability projects such as renewable energy initiatives, waste minimization programs, and green certifications.Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned sustainability projects.Employee Engagement and Training: Promote sustainability awareness within the company through training, workshops, and communication campaigns.Encourage employee participation in sustainability programs and initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment on sustainability objectives.Represent the company at sustainability conferences, workshops, and industry events.Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior.Comply and committed to company handbook and policies, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and  ISO 45001. KNOWLEDGEBachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields.1-3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related role. Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as ESG, GRI, and ISO 14001.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship.Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
