System Administrator (5-Day Work Week In Beranang)

Job Responsibilities: System Analysis & Documentation:Analyse business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and infrastructure.Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, architecture diagrams, data flow models, configurations, and network setups.System Integration & Project Support:Collaborate with development and IT teams to integrate new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and functionality.Support IT projects from requirement gathering and planning to deployment, testing, validation, and post-implementation support.System Maintenance & Optimisation:Monitor, manage, and maintain IT systems, servers, networks, and hardware for optimal performance and availability.Perform routine maintenance (e.g. patching, backups, updates) to ensure security and reliability.Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams, troubleshooting and resolving system, application, and network issues.Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify and implement areas for improvement. Job Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a system administration role, with additional experience in system analysis or IT project management preferred.Technical skills are required:Operating systems, networking, cloud platforms, securityDatabase management, API integration, cloud migrationData & Business Intelligence tools Only shortlisted candidate will be notified, we thank you for your interest.
