Benefits : In-patient Medical benefits up to 80K USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any). Bereavement leave – 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents). Maternity Leave – for 98 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date. Paternity leaves – 7 days Willing to work 24/7 production support. Ability to communicate in English (written) as well. Ability to solve problems in a collaborative and mutual manner based upon the needs of multiple parties. CCNA certification / Knowledge. Knowledge networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, and distributed networks. Excellent knowledge about DC,DHCP ,network Protocols. Should have worked in a Production support environment and familiarity with ITIL process – Incident, Change, Problem.
